What is it about ?

I belong to a Trading Community who passes down the trading knowledge. This blog here is just a sharing of what exactly I do in my spare time.

First the truth, this blog was being assigned as a compulsory posting assignment to highlight our Gold trading results, BOTH gains and losses, as part of our basic level training. So I don't gain anything from this blog.

Q : Why ?

I suppose it fits into the community's aim, to attract like-minded individuals to join our community.

Q : What's the catch ?

I think more or less, that's about it. To create a like-minded trading community of individuals. Some come in to gain financial freedom, some to brush up their trading skills, some maybe there just to find out what and who we are.

Q : How do you do it ?

This community actually designed to pass down skills of Technical Chart trading. And yes, apparently (which I haven't tried) the same skill can be used in other type of trading, be in Forex, stocks, commodities etc... But I haven't tried all that, so I can't really tell much. For now, I think I will just stick to the basic, ie. US Dollar vs Gold trades.

Q : How much do I have to pay to enrol ?

That I will leave it to you to find out from the Community website and admin. Yes, there is a fee, its once off. Apparently there is no annual fees, semester fees etc. And I do agree, if we pay, we will be more serious in learning. Once we belong to this community, we will suppose to share effort, knowledge, and in times to come, teach.

Q : Ah... money ! What do they gain ?

Actually, the group just teach and pass down the knowledge. The money you gain, and loss, its all yours. There is no broker fees since we will choose our own brokers by doing our own broker search. And there is no more commissions involved. As I mentioned, there is just a one time fee, which altered from time to time, to just entered our 'community'. No more.

Just in case you wonder, NO, I don't earn any commission if anyone of you do find out the group works for them and decided to join.

I mentioned earlier and I would like to repeat, they make posting this blog site as part of the early learning journey. Comes to think of it, since we don't pay marketing fees, how else people will know them otherwise ?

Q : How do you get to know more of this community?

Search, and ask the people from this website : http://www.srdcworldwide.com/ .

Q : How long have you been in this group ?

By the time I typed this, I am just about 2 plus months into the lessons and apprenticeship. I have chatted with the founder, my seniors and really thankful for what they have done so far. This blog is just part of the journey I have to do before I retire from the basic. (And think about it, I could have just keep quiet about ourselves, get the blog done, and that's it. Just that I think its worth sharing this extra bit.)

Generally people do not show off the money. I certainly don't do that, at least its bad for my kids. But because this group of folks are pretty much humble in general, so that really fits into what I believe. Honestly we really have to humble ourselves to learn. The fact that grouping together like-minded traders is not a bad idea, simply put, it can be pretty lonely if we trade alone for a long time.

Q : Who are you really ?

I am an actively working Medical Professional, serving since 2001. I like to try financial trading in my early years (1990's), but the truth was, at that time internet trading platform does not exist, either that or I certainly didn't know of any. And mind you I was in UK at that time, the so-called financial centre of the world ! So I continue to pursue my present career, and I really do enjoy. Then there's time when I really think of retiring from my hectic job, long hours, spending time with my children. So this two factors, prompted me to join the community to learn a new skill from scratch. And so far, I think their technique really works.

Q : Really ? So now, ok, you are about middle age, not one of those 'I want to enjoy financial freedom, no work, enjoy life thingy' type of Gen Y, or Z' or whatever. Does the technique REALLY work ?

Since its compulsory to share, and the best thing I can say is this, I will share ALL my earlier two months trading results in totality, both in losing trades and the wins. I do not hide any fail trades. Yes it will require some teaching and lots of discipline, that's what the community coaching is all about.

In summary, folks, if anyone of us like trading, either as a career, or just plain knowledge, nothing beats a teaching system that pass down the knowledge. I guess one can sit down, take a few years to figure out from scratch. But I believe sometimes, proper apprenticeship can save us lots of time and ultimately money.

Just like most of us, I have asked the question "why on earth does this community do what they have done ? I mean why? Is it a get rick quick programme ?"

I can say is this, its not a get rick quick programmes. It takes knowledge, skills, and coaching. The students are the teacher themselves, that will explain how come there is no further teaching fees involved. Be selfless, teach others, support the weaker students are some of the motto...

Pretty strange motto for a trading groups eh ? You bet. I felt like that too.

Look I am just a junior, go ask the group yourself.
